- Educational Qualification: Member of ICSI
- Experience:
- MMGS-II: Minimum 2 years in a listed entity (preferably Bank/NBFC/Financial services).
- SMGS-IV: Minimum 7 years in a listed entity (preferably Bank/NBFC/Financial services).
- MS Office proficiency is an added advantage.

- MMGS-II: 25 – 35 years (Born between 02.03.1990 – 01.03.2000)
- SMGS-IV: 30 – 45 years (Born between 02.03.1980 – 01.03.1995)
